前 言/preface：

香文化源远流长，博大精深。早在春秋之前，中国就有用香的历史。沉香、檀香、龙诞香、麝香在香文化中并称为“四大香”。

四种香品应用广泛。沉香是自然界中极为稀少和珍贵的香料资源，磨成的粉还有行气止痛、温中止呕、纳气平喘的神奇功效,更是佛教礼佛供佛的一种圣物。在香道文化里，沉香还享有 “众香之首”、 “香中之王”的美称。檀香用于制香历来被奉为珍品，独特香味具有安辅作用，广泛用在宗教仪式中。檀香精油，是香水常用的原料。檀香木还可制成扇骨、箱匣、家具、念珠等物品，也是一种珍贵的雕刻材料。降香黄檀（海南黄花梨）、紫檀家具也是收藏家的首选佳品。龙涎香自古以来就作为高级香料使用，用于配置香水或作为定香剂使用，也作为"化痰、散结、利气、活血"的药材使用。麝香既可制成香料，也可作为名贵药材使用。

香道，也与茶道、花道比肩齐名于世。然而，传统的香文化并没有与茶道一起，得到应有的重视与开发。但随着人们物质与精神生活水平的提高，近年来已有越来越多的人喜欢品香、用香。

此次香产业博览会旨在弘扬香文化，推动香产业发展。是国际学者探讨香产业未来，广大消费者了解香品，香道爱好者学习交流，收藏家丰富藏品的良好契机；海外企业在中国寻找代理商、分销商、批发商，开拓中国市场的绝佳渠道；中国企业开发国际市场，发展国内市场，提升企业品牌形象的有效平台。

The culture of incense can be traced back to ancient times and the earliest record can be found in the Spring and Autumn Period. In the incense culture, agarwood, sandalwood, ambergris and musk are crowned as “the top four”and are used widely.

Natural agarwood is rare and precious. Its powder has the magic effect of relieving pain, vomiting and asthma. Agarwood is holy in Buddhism as well. In the incense appreciation culture, agarwood ranks no.1 and enjoys the fame of‘the king of incense’. Sandalwood, on the other hand, has always been prized as the top material in incense making. Its unique aroma has the calming effect. Thus, sandalwood is also widely used in ritual ceremony. The essential oil of sandalwood has always been a favored ingredient of perfume. Moreover, sandalwood can be used to make fan bones, boxes, furniture and beads etc. As a precious carving material, furniture made from Dalbergia odorifera or rosewood is also the preferred products of collectors. In addition, ambergris is mostly used as perfume fixative as well as medicine for reducing phlegm, dissipating stagnation and activating blood. Lastly, musk can not only be used to make fragrance, but also can be used as medicine.

凡有意参加2013北京香产业展的企业，请与北京华港展览有限公司联系，待确定展位费用后，请写展览会“参展申请表”并加盖公章，邮寄或传真至北京华港展览有限公司，或可登陆网站www.incensechina.com在线提交展商报名表，主办单位收到后将确定展台，并将参展申请表副本（确认函）回传参展单位。

填妥协议后，参展单位应于十个工作日内支付30%参展费用作为定金，余款应于2013年5月1日之前一次付清。如未按要求支付定金及余款，主办单位将不保障所确认之展台位置。如在上述日期前退出参展，定金不退回。主办单位在收到全款后将参展指南等有关文件邮寄给参展单位。

After conformation, please fill in the Booth Application Form and fax or email it to CIEC Exhibition Company Ltd. with official seal or apply online at www.incensechina.com. A copy of the application form (confirmation letter) will be sent back to applicants.

A 30% of full booth fee is required as deposit for booth reservation within 10 business days. The deposit is non-refundable. Full booth fee is to be paid by May 1, 2013. Exhibitor manual and other related documents are to be posted after full payment.
