　　It is matter of great pleasure that I have been honored to give a congratulatory message on the the Fourth World Buddhist Forum, at Wuxi, China. I am very happy to learn that the government of China has full support to the Buddhist Association of China and the China Religious Culture Communication Association to organize this very auspicious World Buddhist Forum where Buddhist leaders from all traditions, leading scholars, state dignitaries and practitioners around the world have been invited.

 

　　On behalf of the monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers of the National Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, I would like to sincerely thank Most Venerable Xue Cheng, Chairman of the Buddhist Association of China and Mr. Wang Zuo An, Chairman of the China Religious Culture Communication Association to invite the National Vietnam Buddhist Sangha’s delegation to attend the Fourth Wuxi World Buddhist Forum. 　　In Vietnam, Buddhism is the religion existing in this country for nearly 2000 years ago; during its long history, Buddhism always accompanies and bonds with the Vietnamese people, always engaging closely between Buddhism and society; striving for the goal of happiness for human happiness. These lofty goals become evident as the great accomplishments achieved through the effective implementation and guiding role of the National Vietnam Buddhist Sangha.

 

　　The National Vietnam Buddhist Sangha is a common home of the monks, nuns, and all Buddhist followers of all Buddhist schools, traditions in Vietnam and this is only organization which represent Vietnamese Buddhist monks, nuns and all Buddhist followers in the whole country and abroad. As one of the strong Buddhist Sangha in the world Buddhist communities, the National Vietnam Buddhist Sangha has been organized successfully two times UN Vesak Day in 2008 in Hanoi and 2014 in Bai Dinh temple, Ninh Binh province.

 

　　In this Wuxi World Buddhist Forum, the National Vietnam Buddhist Sangha strongly desires to share experiences and to learn from other international Buddhist traditions and Sanghas for the purpose of nourishing the solidarity and cooperation between Buddhist institutions in Vietnam and other countries, contributing to peace, stability and cooperation and sustainable development in the region and the world. It is indeed an effective way to bring the Buddha teaching to life and benefit to people with full of happiness.
